摘　　要：主要内容是根据实际的需要进行液压转向盘的设计,该转向盘用于重型特种运输车辆在进行大型超长货物转弯的情况,当前转盘转向时后转盘也必须随之转向,且角度关系要对应,由于货物重量很大、尺寸很长,普通机械齿轮转盘很难实现这样的长跨度转向。对于液压转向盘,提出了如下设计方案,运用PRO/E、MATLAB等设计计算软件对转向盘的机构进行了三维建模,运动仿真、动力学分析以及液压缸的计算选型,同时对其进行了优化设计,论证了设计方案的可行性和可靠性。The main purpose of this research is design a hydraulic pressure redirector for corporation . It is used for the special kind conveyance vehicle while carry on large and super long goods, because of the goods too long to control, when the front redirector turn and the behind redirector must be turn all together , further more the relation of angle should be match. For the goods is weighty and long, it is very difficult to carry out the turn of long span by using common machine wheel gear redirector, brought two projects, and carried on the analysis to the two setups on kinematics, dynamics and the oil urn＇s calculation , design , choose the type by some software that used to modeling and calculate , such as PRO_E, MATLAB etc. Strengthened the optimize designs and proved the possibility and the credibility.
