摘  要:液压伺服振动台是现代弧形连铸机的重要设备,可方便的设定与改变波形、振幅、频率,能实现非正弦振动,可极大地满足连铸工艺的要求。振动台伺服阀始终处在高频大行程的状态下,它的运动易引起磨损,产生零位泄露,导致零位电流增大和振动曲线波峰处的抖动。分析了系统的动态特性和最优PID控制参数对系统的动态特性的改善。Hydraulic servo oscillation table is key part of arc continuous caster,it is easy to change shape of wave,amplitude,frequency and can vibrate in non-sine and can fill require of arc continuous caster. Servo-valve of oscillation always vibrates in high frequency and big amplitude, its movement causes easily wear and leakage, which lead to amplify of electricity in middle placement and vibration of acme of wave of the graph. Analysis of dynamics character and improvement of dynamics character was discussed. In the paper, the better PID controlling parameters improves dynamics character of the system.
