摘　　要：目的:检测基因bax在成釉细胞瘤中的表达,探讨成釉细胞瘤发生发展中细胞凋亡的作用及其与成釉细胞瘤临床生物学行为的关系。方法:采取免疫组化方法对75例成釉细胞瘤进行bax蛋白检测,正常口腔黏膜和牙源性角化囊肿作对照。同时采用原位杂交法检测了20例成釉细胞瘤、12例牙源性角化囊肿中的bax mRNA。结果:bax蛋白阳性率正常口腔黏膜为77.8%(7/9),牙源性角化囊肿为65.7%(23/35),成釉细胞瘤为74.7%(56/75)(P<0.01)。成釉细胞瘤复发组、原发组、恶变分组具有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:凋亡在成釉细胞瘤的发生、发展中起着重要作用。Objective： To study the expression of bax in human ameloblastoma （AB） and to investigate the role of apoptosis in the generation and development of AB and the relationship between the apoptosis and the clinical-biological characteristics of All. Methotis： The expression of bax protein was detected by using immunohistochemical S-P method in 75 cases of AB （ including 31 cases of primary AB, 37 recurrent AB, and 7 malignant AB）, 35 cases of odontogenic keratocyst （OKC）, and 9 cases of normal oral mucosa （NOM）. The expression of bax mRNA was detected by in situ hybridization in 20 cases of AB and 12 cases of OKC. Results： The positive expression rate of bax protein was 74.7% （56 of 75 cases）in AB, 65.7% （23 of 35 cases） in OKC, and 77.8% （7 of 9 cases） in NOM, and the difference was significant among the 3 groups （ P 〈0.01）. The difference was also significant in the positive expression rate among the 3 types of AB （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Apoptosis plays an important role in generation and development of AB.
