摘 要:目的:筛选与侧貌美观相关的头影测量硬组织指标。方法:选择采用一般矫治治疗结束后患者117名,利用其头颅侧位X线片制作成剪影图,由16名正畸医师和63名非专业人员对其侧貌进行审美评价,从中选择评分前20名和后20名患者的头颅侧位片,测量10项硬组织指标,通过Logistic逐步回归分析,筛选与美貌有显著相关性的硬组织指标。结果:10项头影测量硬组织指标中仅PU1-A距与患者的侧貌美观的相关关系有统计学意义(P<0.05,OR=1.558),U1-AP距的值越大,面部可能表现得越丑陋,U1-AP距的值越小,面部可能表现得越美观。结论:采用一般矫治治疗错畸形时,应重视上颌切牙相对于面部突度的控制。Objective: To select hard tissue eephalometrie indexes related to facial soft tissue profile esthetics. Methods: The eephalometrie radiographs of 117 patients who had been treated with corrective orthodontics were used to produce silhouette images. The esthetics of silhouettes images were evaluated by 16 orthodontists and 63 laypersons. The eephalometrie radiographs of the first 20 and last 20 patients who got the highest and lowest score respectively were selected. Ten eephalometrie indexes were measured, and these significantly related to profile esthetics were selected by Logistic stepwise regression. Results: Among 10 eephalometrie indexes, only the distance of U 1-AP was significantly related to profile esthetics ( P 〈 0.05, OR = 1. 558 ). The higher the distance of U1-AP, the uglier the facial profile. Conclusion: We should pay attention to adjust the protrusion of the upper incisors related to facial profile when treating maloeeluded patients with corrective orthodontics.
