抗纤复方Ⅰ号对酒精性肝病大鼠α-SMA的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨抗纤复方Ⅰ号对酒精性肝病时α-平滑肌肌动蛋白(α-SMA)的影响。方法:63只大鼠随机分为正常组,酒精组,中药组。酒精组及中药组分别用酒精和中药灌胃,在4、8、12周分别处死3组大鼠,观察肝脏病理改变及肝组织中α-SMA的表达。结果:随着酒精性肝病的发展,中药组病理改变及α-SMA的表达与酒精组相比明显减弱。结论:α-SMA表达的强弱反映了酒精性肝病时星状细胞活化及酒精肝病的程度;抗纤复方Ⅰ号能防止酒精性肝损害,有效地抑制α-SMA的表达。Objective： To explore the effect of a compound Chinese drug, Kangxian Fufang Ⅰ, on the expression of α-smooth muscle actin （α-SMA） in rats with alcoholic liver disease. Methods： Sixty-three rats were randomly divided into normal group, alcohol group, and Chinese drug group. The rats in alcohol group and Chinese drug group were lavaged with alcohol and compound Chinese drug, respectively. The rats in each group were killed 4, 8, and 12 weeks later, separately. The pathological changes were observed after HE staining, and the expression of α-SMA was determined by using immunohistochemical method. Results： The pathological changes and expression of α-SMA in Chinese drug group were lighter than those in alcohol group. Conclusion： The expression of α-SMA reflects the activation of hepatic stenate cell and the severity of alcoholic liver disease. Kangxian Fufang I could effectively inhibit the expression of α-SMA and thus prevent the liver damage in alcoholic liver disease.
