摘　　要：目的:探讨蛋白激酶CK2-β在涎腺腺样囊性癌肺转移(SACC-LM)细胞中的活性变化和表达及其与肺转移的关系。方法:利用激酶活性测定法检测蛋白激酶CK2-β在SACC-LM和对照组SACC-83细胞核及细胞质中的活性;采用RT-PCR方法检测蛋白激酶CK2-β被不同浓度抑制剂DRB处理后nm23-H1的mRNA表达。结果:SACC-LM细胞蛋白激酶CK2-β具有较高的活性,其在细胞核中的活性高于在细胞质中的活性;随着蛋白激酶CK2-β被抑制程度的提高,nm23-H1的表达增加。结论:蛋白激酶CK2-β的活性和表达与SACC-LM呈正相关。Objective： To investigate the activity and expression of protein kinase CK2-β in lung metastatic salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma cells （SACC-LM） and non-metastatic salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma cells （SACC-83）, and to study the relationship between the activity and expression of protein kinase CK2-β and lung metastasis. Methods： The activity of protein kinase CK2-β in the nucleus and cytoplasms of SACC-LM and SACC-83 was assessed by kinase activity assay, and the expression of am23-HI mRNA under different concentrations of protein kinase CK2-β inhibitor was measured by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction. Results： The activity of protein kinase CK2-β in SACC-LM was higher than that in SACC-83. And in SACC-LM, the activity of protein kinase CK2 -β in the nucleus was higher than that in the cytoplasms. The expression of am23-HI mRNA increased with the concentration of protein kinase CK2-β inhibitor. Conclusion： The activity of protein kinase CK2-β is positively related to the lung metastasis of salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma.
