摘 要:结合弹簧模型、变密度法和拓扑优化工具,研究了实现平面可控轨迹输出柔顺机构的设计方法.建立了单输入多输出和两输入两输出柔顺机构的优化模型,设计出轨迹输出机构.优化问题的求解采用移动渐近线法(MMA),数值问题的处理使用网格独立滤波法.对设计结果的仿真分析表明:采用线弹性模型对部分小变形柔顺机构进行拓扑优化设计是可行的;拓扑优化方法是一种计算式设计方法,得到的是概念设计的结果,与实际应用存在一定差距.This paper described the use of spring model, penalized density method and topology optimization as a synthesis tool for the design of controllable path-generating compliant mechanisms. The optimization models of single input multi-output and two-input two-output were proposed. A path-generating mechanism was carried out together with a simulation by commercial FEM software. The results indicate that, firstly, it is feasible to design some small-displacement compliant mechanisms by using linear spring model, secondly, this numerical design method is just an idea-design method that it can not be put into practical use directly. The optimization problem was solved using the method of moving asymptotes. The mesh-independency filter was applied to prevent the numerical problem. Finally, a design example was included to illustrate the usefulness of the synthesis method.
