摘　　要：基于浅滩海物探导航系统设计和开发的需要,针对系统设计和开发过程中涉及到的GPS、测深仪以及电罗经等在NEMA0183协议下的数据格式,详细介绍了NMEA0183的格式标准化意义及其适用范围,提出了利用VB语言进行通讯接收和数据提取的方法,分析了目前的应用状况。Due to the need of design and development of shoal ＆ shallow sea geophysical prospecting navi- gation system and aimed at the data formats of GPS, sounding instrument, electric compass, etc. , involved in the process of design and development of the system under the protocol NMEA-0183, the paper, firstly, introduces the meaning of format standardization of protocol NMEA- 0183 and its application scope in detail, then, presents the means of communication, receiving and withdrawal of data by means of VB as well as analyzes its application at present.
