摘　　要：从培养21世纪高素质创新人才的高度,提出了以建设实验教学示范中心为契机,全面加强高校实验室建设的思路:加大投入力度,不断完善实验教学的硬件设施;建立和完善独立的实验教学体系;深化实验教学管理体制改革,实施全面开放式实验教学;加强实验教师队伍建设,为当前深化实验教学改革和建设进行了有益的探索.From the perspective of cultivating 21^st-ccntury high-quality innovative talents, this paper makes exploratiom on deepening present reform and construction of experiment teaching and puts forward the idea of taking the construction of Experiment Teaching Model Center as opportunity to strengthen the construction of laboratories in colleges and universities in an all-round way： to invest more to gradually improve the hardware facilities ofor experiment teaching, to establish and perfect experiment teaching system, to deepen the reform of experiment teaching management system, to implement overall open experiment teaching, and to strengthen the construction of teachers team.
