摘　　要：针对目前基础护理质量下滑的趋势,采取重塑护士的价值观、流程再造、强化培训及加强护士长检查督导等管理方法,提高基础护理质量并促进其全面发展,使护士工作更加主动,护患关系与医护关系更加融洽,护士群体氛围更加活跃,达到了社会效益与经济效益双赢的效果。Aiming at the descending trend of basic nursing quality, a series of management measures were carried out, such as remodeling nurses＇ values, reconstructing nursing flow, enforcing training, strengthening supervision by the charge nurse, and so on, which improved the quality of basic nursing, promoted integrated development of nursing quality, motivated nurses＇ working activity, harmonized nurse -patient and nurse -doctor relationship, activated the atmosphere among nurse team, and achieved both social and economic benefit.
