摘　　要：本文针对侦查机关超期羁押的现状和表现形式进行深入的分析研究,总结出其存在的严重社会危害;同时阐述了侦查机关侦查超期羁押的症结所在,并从思想认识方面加强监督、完善规章制度方面以及具体操作等方面提出切实可行的杜绝侦查机关超期羁押的对策及具体措施。This articlemake an in-depth analysis on the situation and manifestation of the reconnoitring organ＇s over taking into custody,give its serious social harmfulness;at the same time draw an conclusionwhat is the reasonfor it. also givethe practical solutionforthe reconnoitring organ＇ savoiding this problem from theseways： strengthen supervision mechanism ideological forsognition; improving regulation; carrying out practical steps to solving these problems.
