企业管理人员与非管理人员人格类型比较研究

摘　　要：管理人员和非管理人员处在企业不同的岗位层次,研究他们的人格特质,对有效利用人力资源,更好地实施管理具有重要意义。通过采用MBTI人格测验量表,对不同性别管理人员与非管理人员的人格特质进行比较研究,结果发现,管理人员以ESTJ为主,非管理人员以ISFJ为主;就不同性别的比较而言,男性E、N因子分布比女性高,女性S、P因子分布比男性高。Administrators and non-administrators are in different state in an enterprise. Knowing personality of different type of people is crucial in management. By using the MBTI personality scale, we can get the conclusions on the personality type based on the comparative research between administrators and non- administrators, which are the MBTI personality type of administrators is ESTJ, while non-administrators is ISFJ. The percentage of male fells on factors of E, N in personality trend was higher than female and the percentage of female fells on factors of S, P in personality trend was higher than male.
