HIF-1α在鼻咽癌组织中表达及意义

摘　　要：目的：探讨缺氧诱导因子-1α（hypoxia—inducible factor—lalpha，HIF—1α）表达与鼻咽癌（NPC）临床及预后的相关性。方法：对2000年4月～2002年4月收治的经病理明确诊断、完成根治性放疗、随访3年以上的97例NPC放射治疗前活检标本（经病理证实均为低分化鳞癌），应用免疫组织化学染色二步法检测HIF—1α在NPC组织中的表达情况，并分析HIF—1α的表达与NPC分期、颈部淋巴结转移、生存率、远处转移和复发之间的关系。结果：NPC组织中HIF—1α表达率为56．71％。HIF—1α表达与鼻咽癌的NPC分期、颈淋巴结转移、3年生存率、远处转移及复发倾向有密切关系。结论iHIF—1α表达对判断鼻咽癌病变进展、预测颈部淋巴结转移、复发有指导意义，是评估预后的重要指标。Objective： To study the relationship of the expression of hypoxia - inducible factor - 1 alpha （ HIF -lα） with the nasopharyngeal carcinoma（NPC）prognosis. Methods： The expression of HIF - 1α of 97 NPC patients histological specimen were examined by immunohistochemistry staining before radiotherapy. The 97 patients were treated between 2000 ～ 2002,with their pathological diagnosis definite,complishing the whole radiotherapy and being fcllowed up over 3 years. The relationship was studied between the expression of HIF - 1α in NPC tissues with clinical stage of NPC, radiosensitivity of tumor,survival rate, metastasises. Results： The positive rate of HIF - 1α was 56.71% . The clinical stage, metastatic potential of lymph nodes and poor sensitivity to radiotherapy were correlated with expression of HIF - 1α. The patients with positive HIF - 1α expression had worse prognosis than those with negative HIF - 1α expression. Condusion： The hjgh level expression of HIF - 1α may be associated with the tumor developing and poor prognosis of NPC.
