摘　　要：c-erbB-2是一种细胞来源的原癌基因,编码具有蛋白激酶活性的细胞膜糖蛋白。本文从c-erbB-2基因的生物学活性,激活作用机制以及对该基因扩增引起各种肿瘤的发生做了综述,并探讨了该基因在肿瘤诊断预测中的重要作用和应用前景。C - erbB - 2 is a proto - oncogene of cell. The gene codes a kind of membrane glycoprotein which has the activity of tyrosine kinase. The biological features of c - erbB - 2 gene and its activation mechanism in tumor development was discussed. The amplification of c - erbB - 2 gene in different tumors was reviewed. The important prognostic and predictive value and application of c - erbB - 2 gene to patients with the tumor were explored.
