摘 要:对节杆菌P-1和红球菌J-5降解聚乙烯醇(PVA)的特性进行了比较研究.结果表明,P-1菌在PVA浓度小于1000mgL-1时,PVA降解效率均达到80%以上;J-5菌在PVA浓度为2000mgL-1时,PVA降解效率达到70%.用生产废水进行试验,P-1菌对低浓度PVA废水的处理效率比J-5菌高10%左右;P-1菌受温度的影响小于J-5菌;P-1菌的废水处理效果比J-5菌稳定;分段使用J-5菌与P-1菌处理高浓度的PVA废水具有很好的处理效果,出水能达到国家排放标准.The degradation of polyvinyl alcohol by Arthrobacter sp. P-1 and Rhodococcus sp. J-5 was studied, and the results showed that more than 80% of PVA was degradated by P-1 after 7 days at the concentration of PVA lower than 1 000 mg L^-1 , while the PVA removal efficiency of J-5 reached 70% at the concentration of 2 000 mg L^-1. During the treatment of dyeing and printing wastewater with the PVA concentration nearly 400 mg L^-1 , the PVA removal efficiency of P-1 was 10% higher than that of J-5. Temperature would affect P-1 smaller than J-5. The PVA removal efficiency of P-lwas more stable than J-5 when the PVA concentration was 400 mg L^-1. The PVA removal efficiency when combining J-5 firstly and then P-1 was higher than that of P-1 and J-5, respectively. Fig 7, Tab 1, Ref 9
