牙冠延长术对残根保存修复的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨牙冠延长术对前牙残根的保存修复效果的影响。方法对90颗前牙残根行牙冠延长术,通过一年半的临床观察,观察患牙术前术后的菌斑指数(PLI)、出血指数(BI)、牙周探诊深度(PD)和松动度及龈缘位置的变化。结果患牙术后的PLI、BI、PD、松动度和龈缘位置均优于术前(P<0.05),术后6周各指标保持相对稳定(P>0.05)。结论牙冠延长术的成功实施有利于前牙残根的保存和修复。Objeetive To investigate the effects of surgical crown lengthening on conservative restoration in anterior residual root. Methods Ninety anterior teeth were included in this study, who were performed surgical crown lengthening. The continuous changes of the PLI, BI, PD, mobility and the position of gingival margin were observed for one and half years after surgery. Results The clinical parameters were better after surgery significiantly（P〈0. 05） and the changes were minimal in 6 weeks postsurgery（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The surgical crown lengthening could be used successfully to facilitate and enhance a prosthetic treatment in anterior residual root.
