中药生津剂在头颈部放疗中对唾液pH值的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨中药生津剂在头颈部放疗中对唾液pH值的影响。方法将33位因头颈部肿瘤而放疗的患者(均为首程放疗)随机分为两组:试验组(n=16)中药生津剂加放疗和对照组(n=17单纯放疗)。检测其放疗前及放疗不同剂量(20、406、0 Gy)时的唾液pH值。本生津剂方剂组成为:饮剂,党参、玄参、丹参、天冬、麦冬、甘草;漱剂,银花、菊花、山楂。结果随着放疗剂量的增加,两组患者唾液pH值均降低,在放疗至204、0 Gy时,两组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。当放疗至60 Gy时,则无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论本中药生津剂不能改变唾液pH值的变化。Objective To evaluate the effects of Chinese herbal on pH value of saliva in patients with head and neck cancer during radiotherapy （RT）. Methods Thirty-three eases with head and neck cancer which were randomly divided into experimental group treated with RT plus Chinese herb and control group treated with RT alone were examined for pH value of saliva before and during the RT （20,40,60 Gy, respectively）. The ingredients of Chinese herbal： the drinking ineludes codonopsis pilosula nannf, serophularia ningpoensis hemsl, salvia miltiorrhiza bge, asparagus eoehinehinensis merr,ophiopogon j aponieus ker-gawl and glyeyrrhiza uralenses fiseh; the reining includes lonieera japonica thunb, chrysanthemum morifolium ramat, erataegus pinnatifida bge. Results The pH value of saliva of experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group at 20 and 40 Gy （P〈0.05）. But there was not a significant difference between the two groups at 60 Gy. Conclusion Chinese herb used in the study could not affect the change of saliva of patients with head and neck cancer during radiotherapy.
