摘  要:目的:研究霉酚酸酯对自身免疫性甲状腺炎(AITD)大鼠甲状腺细胞凋亡的影响。方法:用放射免疫法(RIA)测定SD大鼠AITD时自身抗体滴度的改变、HE染以观察甲状腺组织病理变化及使用TUNEL法观察甲状腺细胞的凋亡程度。结果:实验性AITD甲状腺细胞凋亡的程度明显高于霉酚酸酯组。各实验组与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:霉酚酸酯可能通过抑制AITD甲状腺细胞的凋亡而发挥治疗作用。Objective:To investigate the effect of Mycophenolate mofetil in the treatment of EAT by observing apoptosis in thyroid tissues. Methods: EAT model was established in SD rats by injection of swine thyroglobin combined with adjuvant. Its mechanism was studied by detection of thyroid autoimmune antibodies (TGAb and TPOAb)and apoptosis index of thyroid cells through TUNEL. Result: The number of apoptotie thyroid cells were fewer in the normal control and the rats treated with mycophenolate mofetil than in EAT rats without treatment (P〈0.05).Conclusion: Mycophenolate mofetil has a therapeutic effect on EAT. The mechanism by which Mycophenolate mofetil exert, its effects may be through the suppression apoptosis of thyroid cells.
