摘　　要：目的:探讨Survivin蛋白在卵巢上皮性癌中的表达及意义。方法:应用免疫组化的方法检测Survivin蛋白在正常卵巢组织、卵巢上皮性癌以及相应的转移标本中的表达,评估其与临床指标及预后的相关性。结果:Survivin蛋白在正常卵巢组织均不表达;卵巢上皮细胞癌组织中阳性表达率为64.3%(63/98),二者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);在卵巢上皮性癌转移标本中Survivin蛋白阳性表达率达85.1%(57/67),与原位肿瘤相比其差异有统计学意义(P=0.004);Survivin蛋白表达与卵巢上皮性癌的预后相关(P=0.019),Survivin蛋白高表达患者预后较差。结论:Survivin基因在卵巢上皮性癌的发生发展中起一定作用。Objective：To study the expression of a novel apoptotic inhibitor, Survivin, in epithelial ovarian carcinomas. Methods： Survivin protein expression was examined in 45 normal ovarian tissues and 92 epithelial ovarian carcinomas （including the corresponding 67 metastasis tissues） by immunohistochemistry. Results.Survivin protein expression was detected in 64.3 % （63/98） of the epithelial ovarian carcinomas and 85.1% （57/67） of the metastasis tissues, but no expression in the normal ovarian tissues. Compared with the tumors in situ, the survivin protein expression in metastasis was significantly higher （P= 0.004）. Overexpression of survivin protein was significantly related to the poor prognosis of epithelial ovarian carcinoma patients （P=0.019）. Conclusions：The apoptotic inhibitor gene, Survivin, plays an important role in the pathogenesis and development of epithelial ovarian carcinomas.
