摘　　要：[目的]探讨如何提高寒暑假期眼科护士分诊应对能力。[方法]及时准确无误地做好分诊和疏导，提高寒暑假护士分诊应对能力，提高工作效率。[结果]2005年暑假和2006年寒假门诊65118人次的分诊工作，无一例病人投诉，医院的医疗护理工作质量得到了很大提高。[结论]提高寒暑假分诊护士的应对能力可提高寒暑假分诊工作效率。Objective： To probe into how to enhance coping ability of ophthalmic nurses for triage during winter and summer vacations. Methods. Triage and dredging of patients were carried out in time and exactly to enhance both the coping ability of ophthalmic nurses for triage during winter and summer vacations and work efficacy of nurses. Results： None of 65118 cases in outpatient clinic wrote to state about the triage of nurses in 2005 summer vacation and in 2006 winter vacation. Quality of medical and nursing work in hospital had been enhanced a lot. Conclusion： To enhance the coping ability of nurses for triage during winter and summer vacations can promote work efficacy of triage of nurses.
