摘  要:为探讨稀土在小白鼠体内吸收、分布和消除的动态规律,将78只小白鼠随机分为13组,按60 mg/kg.BW灌胃。结果表明,血液中稀土浓度-时间数据符合一级吸收二室模型,其主要代谢动力学参数为:T1/2α5.6412 h;Cmax 2.7640μg/mL;Tp 4.1817 h;Vd 29.8570 L/kg;T1/2β21.7185 h;C lB0.9312 L/kg.h-1。表明稀土在小白鼠体内吸收迅速,分布非常广泛,但各种消除过程都比较缓慢。不同组织间的稀土浓度有明显的差别,在肝中最高,其次是脾、肾、肌肉,最后是心脏。order to research the dynamic rules of the RE's assimilation, distribution, elimination in mice ,78 mice were randomly divided into 13 groups. The mice were administered with the doseage of 60 mg/kg. BW. It was revealed that the RE concentration-time data were fitted to two-compartment with first-order absorption after single administering. The main pharmacokinetic parameters were as follows: T1/2α 5. 6412 h ; Cmax 2.7640μg/mL;Tp 4. 1817 h;Vd 29. 8570 L/kg;T1/2β21.7185 h;ClB 0.9312 L/kg · h^-1. The result showed that the RE was absorbed fast ,distributed extensively and eliminated slowly in mice. The concentration in different tissues had significant difference. The highest was in the liver,then in the spleen,kidney and muscle. The lowest was in the heart.
