清栓酶治疗脑梗塞疗效与血浆血栓素A_2及前列环素之间的关系

摘　　要：应用清栓酶治疗不同病期脑梗塞３８例，总有效率８６．７％，发病后治疗时间越早，疗效越好。治疗前病人均有不同程度的ＴＸＡ２升高，ＰＧＩ２下降，急性期更为明显，治疗后ＴＸＡ２下降，ＰＧＩ２上升。patients of thrombosis in differend period were treated by venom antithrombus enzyme.The effect rate was 86 7 percent.The result sugested that the more early were treated,the more good effects were got Before treatment the defferent degree TXA 2 level in serum was increased and PGI 2 was low This chang was important in the acute period After treatment the TXA 2 was low and PGI 2 was nicreased Venom antithrombus enzyme mad disorder of PGI 2.TXA 2 to recover nomal level
