摘　　要：目的:建立佐匹克隆对映体的反相高效液相色谱拆分方法。方法:使用Ch iralcel OD手性柱分离佐匹克隆对映体,考查了不同流动相组分、流动相中乙腈含量、pH值、柱温和流速对手性拆分结果的影响,优化了佐匹克隆手性拆分的液相色谱条件。结果:找到了反相高效液相色谱拆分佐匹克隆对映体的最佳色谱条件。结论:本法可用于测定合成右旋佐匹克隆过程中对映体过量(ee)和右旋佐匹克隆中手性杂质的含量[1]。Object： To develop an RP - HPLC method so as to separate zopiclone enantiomers. Methods： A Chiralcel OD - R chiral column was used to separate zopiclone enantiomers by R - HPLC. The influence of the different mobile phase, the CH3 CN content, the buffer pH, the column temperature and the velocity of flow on chiral separation were studied. Results： The best analytic condition was found. Conclusion： The established method is suitable for the determination of chiral impurity and enantiomer excess in the d - zopiclone.
