金耳水溶性多糖的部分化学性质及抑瘤试验

摘　　要：金耳（Ｔｒｅｍｅｌｌａａｕｒａｎｔｉａ）子实体经热水抽提，反复经Ｓｅｖａｇ法脱蛋白，获得金耳多糖．Ｓｅｐｈａｒｏｓｅ４Ｂ分级分离呈现双峰（Ａ和Ｂ）．其峰Ａ的相对分于质量介于１０５～１０６之间．峰Ａ组分经醋酸纤维薄膜电泳鉴定，呈现单一谱带，为一纯多糖．利用硅胶Ｇ薄板层析技术，确定峰Ａ组分主要由葡萄糖、甘露糖、半乳糖组成．利用人肺腺癌裸小鼠模型ＬＡＸ－８３对金耳多糖全组分进行抑瘤试验，结果表明有明显抑瘤疗效．A soluble polysaccharide was extracted by hot-water from the mushnoom Tremella aurantia. and other proteins were removed by the Sevag procedure. The polysaccharide showed two peaks(A and B) in Sepharose 4B chromatography. peak A was of a Mr. 105-106 and its major components were glucose .galactose and manose. A marked oncosuppressive activity was demonstrated by feeding and injecting pert tonealy the polysaccharide to nude mice carrying tumor(LAX-83).
