摘　　要：继续医学教育的特点决定了在管理和教学中要特别重视知识的收集、整理、传播和创新。从分析知识管理的含义和理论演进入手,针对继续医学教育的特点,提出了知识管理在实际应用中的几点对策建议。The Continued medical education , CME＇s characteristic decides that they must take the knowledge collection, reorganization, dissemination and the innovation in managing and teaching. First of all, this article analyzes knowledge management meaning and theory evolution, tn view of the CME＇s characteristic, it proposes the knowledge management in the practical application several countermeasure suggestion.
