摘  要:采用真空膏剂渗硼方法对45钢、40Cr钢进行渗硼处理。研究表明,真空膏剂渗硼的渗层致密、均匀。FeB相数量与渗硼温度、时间有关,且在与渗硼时间的依赖关系中有一峰值。真空膏剂渗硼后,材料表面硬度可达1600~2000HV,耐磨性显著提高。Two kinds of structural steels were treated by means of vacuum paste boronizing,Experimental results showed that i on borides layer obtained by the method was compact and even,The amount of FeB phase was Mated to bronzing temperature and time, which shows a peak value in the relationship with time.Mechanical measurements confirmed that the hardness of borided steels was up to 1600~2000HV and that the wear resistance of boarded steels was increased intensely.
