老年人上消化道出血101例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨老年人上消化道急性出血的病因、临床表现、伴随症状及预后。方法:将确诊为急性上消化道出血的病人根据年龄分为老年组(101例)与对照组(115例),对两组病人的病因、临床表现、伴随症状、预后等方面进行比较分析。结果:老年组与对照组病因存在差异,老年组病情重,伴随疾病多,预后差。结论:老年人上消化道出血与青年人相比存在差异。Objective： To analysis the characteristics of the aged patients with upper gastro-intestinal hemorrhage compared with the relative younger patients. Methods： All patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage were divide into two groups based on their age, more than and less than 60 years. Compare the two groups in etiology ,clinical symptoms, accompany symptoms and prognosis. Results： The aged group had difference with the younger one in etiology, clinical manifestation and prognosis. Conclusion： The aged patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage have their characteristics： their symptoms are more severe develop more faster and with poorer prognosis.
