摘  要:主诊医师负责制较有效地解决了激励问题,但其推动绩效增长的实现机制部分在于分工与专业化的深化,而主诊医师负责制改革中的权利界定则是专业化发展的内在原因。本文试从经济学的角度对专业化效果进行了成本收益的边际分析,并引证了实施主诊改革的某大型综合性医院骨科专业化生产经验,并对专业化带来的问题进行了探讨。Attending responsibility system settled the problems of inspiriting effectively for that it could deepen the dividing the work and specializations, and that the defining of attending~ rights was the inner factors to advance the development of specializations. The study analyzed the specialization effects with cost - benefit analysis, adduced the specialization production experiences of one large and synthetically hospital that had carried out the attending responsibility system and discussed the problems that brought by specialization.
