改良后巩膜加固术治疗变性近视

摘　　要：目的观察改良后巩膜加固术对变性近视的治疗效果。方法对有完整资料的35例（56眼）患者手术前后视力、屈光度、眼轴长度、并发症及眼底情况进行了对比观察。结果术前矫正视力0．06—1．0，术后全部患者视力均有不同程度提高，矫正视力0．08—1．2；术前眼轴长度（29．26±1．62）mm，术后均有不同程度减少，术后眼轴（28．25±1．76）mm，两者相比有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。随访0．5—3年，眼轴长度为（28.52±1．96）mm与术后相比无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。术前屈光度（-16．76±4．52）D），术后屈光度（-14．56±4．46）D。结论改良后巩膜加固术能阻止近视的发展，保护视功能，是目前治疗变性近视的有效方法。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of modified posterior sclera reinforcement operation on degenerative myopia. Methods Comparative observation was made on the preoperative and postoperative visual acuity, diopter, axis of the eyeball, complications and fundus changes of 35cases （56eyes） with intact materials. Results The preoperative corrected visual acuity ranged from 0. 06 to 1.0 with the eyeball axis of（29. 26 ± 1.62 ） mm. The visual acuity of al 1 cases was improved at different degrees. The postoperative corrected visual acuity was 0. 08 ± 1.2. After operation the length of eyeball axis decreased at different degree. The postoperative average of eyeball axis is （28.25 ± 1.76）mm with significant difference in comparison with that before operation（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. After following up of 0. 5 - 3 years, the average eyeball axis is （ 28.52 ± 1.96 ） mm without significant difference in comparison with the postoperative one （ P 〉 0. 05）. The preoperative diopter average was （ - 16. 76 ± 4. 52 ） D and the postoperative one was （ - 14.56 ± 4.46 ） D. Conclusion The modified posterior sclera reinforcement operation is currently effective method in treatment of degenerative myopia.
