摘　　要：提出工程项目物流的概念,构建了物流管理框架模型。其关键环节包括识别业主、设计商、承包商的三重角色及供应商的新角色,制定物料需求计划、作业层物料跟踪系统,确定库存,建立供应商的主动交付以及专门的物流管理小组,并分别研究了它们的运作过程和责任。工程项目物流管理的完善对于提高工程项目的科学管理水平有重要意义。This paper brings forward the concept of engineering projects logistics. Then, the characteristics are determined by compare it with traditional logistics. Finally, this paper constructs a framework model for engineering projects logistics. Its crucial links include recognizing the triple role of owner, designer, and contractor and the new role of suppliers, making material requirement plan and material tracking system on task-level, identifying inventory, establishing supplier＇s proactive delivery and a special logistics management group. The processes of operation or responsibilities are respectively studied. The improvement is meaningful and will be beneficial to enhancing the efficiency of engineering projects management.
