摘　　要：目的探讨Nd:YAG激光治疗儿童后发障的时机、效果及并发症。方法用Nd:YAG激光对65例87眼儿童后发障患者进行治疗。结果术后视力提高1行者7眼,占8%;提高2行者20眼,占22.9%;提高3行及以上者54眼,占62%;术后视力未提高者6眼,占6.8%。结论Nd:YAG激光治疗儿童后发障是一种安全有效的方法,并应尽早进行。Objective To investigate the opportunity and effect of after cataract in children treated by Nd：YAG laser. Method 65 children who have after cataracts were treated by Nd：YAG laser. Results The eyesight of 7 eyes were raised one line, it accounts 8%; 6 eyes were raised two lines, it accounts 22.9%; 54 eyes were raised three and more than three lines, it accounts 62%; the eyesight of 6 eyes have not raised, it account 6%. Conclusion it is safe and effective to treat after cataracts in children by Nd：YAC laser and it will be done as soon as possible.
