北京市海淀区市场销售猪肾中镉含量情况调查

摘　　要：[目的]了解海淀区猪肾中重金属镉的污染情况。[方法]按照《北京市食品污染物监测体系项目工作方案》要求,在全区范围内采集30份样品,参照GB/T5009-2003方法进行测定。[结果]30份样品中,镉检测结果有29份超标,超标率达96.7%,最高的超标34倍。本区销售的猪肾中受镉污染的情况比较严重。[结论]应加大畜禽肝、肾脏部位重金属的监测点和力度,指导市民科学饮食。3讨论在本次抽查的样品中,污染物镉除有1份检测结果等于家标准值0.1mg/kg外,其余29份均超过国家卫生标准,大值3.43mg/kg,超标34倍,说明本区销售的猪肾中镉污很严重。猪肾受到重金属镉污染,可能是因为猪食用了此类属含量超标的饲料所致,而猪肾中最容易蓄积镉,人食用它在人体内蓄积到一定的程度,就会损害肾脏。[Objective]To understand the pollution circumstance of the heavy metals cadmiutn in the pig kindney in Haidian districet.[Methods]A ccording to food pollutant in Peking City monitor system item word project we collect 30 samples within the scope of whole area,To carry on a measurement sccording to the GB/T5009-2003 methods.[Results]In 30 samples,the eadmium examination has 29 supermarks as a result,the super mark rate reaches to 96.7%,tallest super mark 3400%.[Conclusions]It be subjected to the circumstance comparison severity of cadmium pollution in the pig kidny of this srea sale,Should be to the monitor of the enlsrgement livestock liver,the kidney part heavy metals,in struction citizenry＇s science food.
