摘  要:应用低温层积、GA3、CaCl2、KH2PO4处理人工老化处理的麻黄Ephedra sinica种子,研究不同处理对麻黄种子生理生化特性的影响。结果表明:麻黄种子随着人工老化时间的增加,种子活力和发芽率逐渐下降。在利用最佳处理组合的物理或化学方法处理已老化的麻黄种子,种子电导率和丙二醛含量随着老化时间的增加而增加,脱氢酶和过氧化氢酶活性的变化则相反,4种最佳处理组合处理后种子的电导率与丙二醛含量均低于对照,2种酶活性均高于对照,且CaCl2.2H2O和KH2PO4处理的2种酶活性均高于层积和GA3处理。Effects of different seed treatments including low temperature stratification, GA3, CaCl2 and KH2PO4 On aging seed physiological characteristics were studied with aging seed of Ephedra sinica stapf. The results indicated that the seed vitality and germination rate of all seeds gradually increased with prolonging the aging days. Under the best combination of the same physical or chemical treatments, the relative electric conductivity (REC)and the content of MDA of aged Ephedra seeds gradually increased with the increasing aging time, the activity of dehydrogenase (ADG) and hydrogen peroxidase (AHP) were on the contrary, the REC and MDA contents were all below the CK. The ADG and AHP were all higher than CK, the ADG and AHP of T2 and T3 were all higher than T1 and T4.
