摘　　要：颈动脉易损斑块是脑血管急性事件的根源,因此,准确识别易损斑块可积极有效的干预脑卒中。现就易损斑块的血清学标志和影像学检测手段做一综述,最后简单概述了颈动脉易损斑块的治疗。The vulnerable atherosclerotic plaque of carotid artery directed to acute cerebrovascular incidence. So to accurately identify the vulnerable plaque can prevent stroke. This article reviewed serologic and imaging diagnostic techniques of detecting the vulnerable plaques. And in the end we reviewed the treatment of them.
