摘　　要：该方法将分析应变的网格法应用于展开件制作,按照零件的实际工艺过程生成零件,再将其展平,开发了一种算法,基本消除了在成型过程中以及展平过程中的变形,得到自由曲面钣金展开。实践表明,该方法简单、易于理解并且实用性强,适用范围广,与传统方法相比,能大幅度地提高展开件的精度。It will apply the method of＂grid＂ which is usually used to analyze the strain to making developed parts according to the actual process of the part＇production.The developed sheet metal of free surface will be acquired by the algorithm which has been developed to reduse the deformation in the process of molding and developing. The method is simple and understandable and adapted to all pats.Compared with other traditional methods,it can improve the precision of developed parts.
