摘　　要：信息主体在信息社会及信息化建设中占据着重要的地位。因而,在信息化测度体系中有必要包含信息主体素质测度的指标。本文探讨了信息主体素质指标在社会信息化测度体系中的地位及其测度内容,并在投入-状态-影响的框架下进行了指标设计的尝试。The subject of information has an important role in information society and informatization construction. Therefore,it is necessary to include indexes of information subjects quality into the social informatization measurement system. The position of information subject quality indexes in the social informatization measurement system and its content are discussed, and indexes are developed in the input- status - influence framework.
