摘　　要：借鉴Ontology信息组织模式和信息抽取等相关技术,建立基于ontology的科技动态信息获取机制,实现科技动态信息的自动获取,以提高信息提供的效率和质量。With the help of technology such as ontology and information extraction, this paper form a new science and technology information monitoring mechanism based on ontology, which can antomate the information monitoring process, and improve the efficiency and quality of service.
