摘 要:本文测定了大同市736人次尿中1-羟基芘的浓度。结果表明:性别,年龄和体脂指数对尿中1-羟基芘浓度无显著性影响;吸烟组尿中1-羟基芘浓度高於非吸烟组,但统计学上的差别不显著,证明用小学男生的尿样作为考察城市居民尿中1-羟基芘的水平是完全可行的。自身对照和群体测定均显示出不同季节尿中1-羟基芘浓度的显著差别;不同功能区居民尿中1-羟基芘的浓度的显著变化。The concentration of 1-hydroxypyrene in 736 urine specimen was determined by re- versed phase HPLC-fluorescent detector.Statistical tests show that the influence of sex, age,fat content(quetelet facter)and smoking on urinary 1-hydroxyprene is statistically in- significant,so the boys urine can be used represent specimen for comparison of urinary 1-hy- droxypyrene level between different area.The determination results of urinary 1-hydrox- ypyrene of the boys who lived in different functional districts show that the data obtained varied in different functional districts,meanwhile those of the boys themselves also varied from heating seasons to non-heating seasons.The level of 1-hydroxypyrene in boys urine of old city district is the highest of all the districts in Datong,it is 5.58±4.84(μmol/mol cre- at.)in winter and 1.66±1.69(μtmol/mol creat.)in summer,both is about 4 times higher than control area.
