摘 要:中小学校长队伍建设问题历来就是一个令世人关注的教育命题。通过多年努力,我国中小学校长培训工作逐步走上了规范化、制度化道路,但仍然存在不少问题。对中小学校长培训进行中外比较,有助于发现问题,寻求解决问题的策略,以完善我国中小学校长的培训工作。The program of building up a schoolmaster contingent has always been an educational topic attracting world- wide attention. Though the training work of schoolmasters in China has gradually become standardized and institutionalized after years of great efforts, there still exist some problems. What is conductive to finding out these problems and seeking ways to solve them is to make a comparison between China and foreign countries, thus improving the training work of schoolmasters in China.
