摘　　要：本文就性传播疾病(STD)高危人群成为STD主要的传染源和传播途径的国内研究进展进行综述。目前STD在人群中的患病率为67．64/10万,在STD高危人群中患病率为5．00%～62．80%。了解一个地区STD高危人群中性病的流行情况可以从一个方面反映该地区STD的流行情况,为医疗机构和决策机关制定STD的防治对策提供流行病学资料。This article summarizes the domestic research progress of STD among high dangerous nisk population that has become the main infectious source of STD. At present the incidence of STD in the population is 67.64/100 000 and 5.00% - 62.80% in the high risk population. Understanding the infectious status of STD among high risk population in an area can disclose the prevalent situation from an aspect and provide material for making control measures.
