摘　　要：企业要成功地实施TQM,其中有很多的影响因素,如:是否进行ISO9000认证、企业规模、导入全面质量管理(Total quality management,TQM)的时间、对实施TQM目的的理解、高层管理者的重视程度与员工的参与程度、TQM是否能成为一种提高组织绩效的重要路径、企业的经营目标及对TQM作为一种战略问题的认识程度、培训、奖励、TQM导向的企业文化和人力资源管理体系构建等10方面。所以要对影响因素进行分析。Of all of factors influencing TQM, the paper chooselos of them accounting for successful TQM implementaion including ISO9000 certification, corporation size, TQM lead - in time, understanding of TQM＇s purpose, senior executive recognition degree ＆ employees＇ involvement degree, the possibilities of TQM as a important way to improve organizational performance, administrational aims ＆ recognition degree of TQM as a strategic issues, training, rewarding, construction of TQM -based corporation culture ＆ TQM -based human resource management system, etc.
