摘 要:二级模糊评判在输油泵机组的可靠度评估中是非常有效的方法。利用常用的模糊分布函数确定第一级模糊评判的隶属度,并根据现场经验总结,确定第二级综合评判中加入的权重集(可靠性程度权重ai)。结合一级评判确定故障和二级评判确定整机可靠度的方法,对输油泵机组各部位及整机的当前运行可靠度进行有效的分析,并结合实例详细分析验证该方法的准确性,为现场管理人员对输油泵机组的视情管理提供科学依据。The two-layer fuzzy evaluation method is a very effective method for evaluating the reliability of oil transfer pump unit. The common fuzzy distributed function is used to determine the subordination of the first-layer fuzzy evaluation, and then according to the field experience, the weight assembly added in the second-layer comprehensive evaluation is determined. The first-layer evaluation determines failure and the second-layer evaluation determines the reliability of the whole unit. In combination with the two-layer evaluation method, the effective analysis of the operating reliability of all parts of the pump unit and the whole unit is carried out. The accuracy of the method is analyzed and examined in detail in combination with case study, which provides scientific basis for the field management personnel to handle the oil transfer pump unit.
