摘　　要：博士研究生的质量是衡量一个单位教育水平的重要标志之一。要提高博士研究生的培养质量,在注重研究生的创新素质培养的同时,也要注重其学术品德培养,不断提高导师素质,营造良好的学术氛围和科研环境,也要做好过程管控和服务。The quality of doctoral students is an important indicator for the education quality of an institution. To train high quality doctoral students, not only the innovative quality of them, but their academic moral should be emphasized. Improving the quality of mentors, building a good academic atmosphere and research environment, management and services throughout the whole training process are all important aspects.
