摘　　要：以某医疗仪器外壳为例,叙述了成型大型塑件时,由于设计原因注塑机喷嘴中心偏离模具几何中心的现象,指出了外壳塑件在注射成型中存在的问题,介绍了偏心流道模具设计的要点,提出了保证塑件质量的措施。The key points in designing an injection mould with offset sprue opening for the case shell of a medical instrument were described. The problems in the forming of the large-scale plastic part and the measures to guarantee the product quality were introduced as well.
