摘　　要：综述了硅基薄膜太阳电池窗口材料的发展及应用现状,比较分析了几种常用窗口材料的光电性能,并讨论了掺杂剂的影响。最后展望了太阳电池窗口材料的研究和发展趋势。The development and application status of window materials of silicon film solar cell are reviewed, and the optoelectronic properties of several common window materials are compared. Furthermore, the influence of adulterants is discussed. Finally the development trend of window materials of solar cell is proposed.
