乳腺癌患者淋巴细胞活化第二信号系统表达水平的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺癌患者淋巴细胞活化的第二信号系统表达水平及化疗对其表达水平的影响。方法流式细胞术检测乳腺癌患者癌组织、引流淋巴结中CD40,CD80,CD86蛋白表达水平及在化疗前、后的改变。结果乳腺癌患者癌组织、腋窝淋巴结细胞CD40水平与良性对照组比较明显增高,CD80,CD86水平明显降低,化疗前、后对比癌组织、腋窝淋巴结细胞CD40,CD80,CD86水平明显降低。结论乳腺癌患者淋巴细胞活化的第二信号系统明显异常,化疗杀伤癌细胞的同时,对淋巴细胞活化第二信号系统产生不良影响。Objective To study the expression of second signal system of lymphocyte activation and the impact of chemotherapy on the signal system in patients with breast cancer. Methods The expression of CD40, CD80 and CD86 in carcinomatous tissues and axillary lymph nodes was examined using flow eytometly and eompored before and after chemo- therapy with flow eytometry （FCM）. Results The level of CD40 significantly increased in carcinomatous tissues and axil- lary lymph nodes compared to the benign control group,and the level of CD80 and CD86 were significantly decreased. The levels of CD83, CD80 and CD86 significantly decreased in carcinomatous tissues and axillary lymph nodes compared to the benign control group between before and after neoadujvant chemotherapy. Conclusion There is significant abnormality in second signal sytem of lymphocyte activation in patients with breast cancer. Chemotherapy has adrerse effects on the second signal system.
