构建于相互尊重道德准则上的教育研究

摘　　要：相对与自然科学,人文社会科学的研究有它自身的特殊性。教育科研,作为人文社会科学研究的一个组成部分,在发展教育,特别是高等教育中日趋受到教育者的关注。但是作为教育研究的一个重要参数,研究所涉及的道德问题在国内并没有得到充分的认识和尊重。从研究双方的责任和权利出发,尝试着分析了如何保护研究对象的信息知情权,隐私权,也提出了研究对象的理性参与原则。文章还给出了在一些特殊的教育研究类型中处理研究道德问题的方法。Contrary to Science Research, Educational Research, a component of Social Research, has its speciality. As an important parameter to assess Educational Research, ethical issues have hot been given enough consideration in China. Based on the researcher and participant＇ s responsibilities and rights, this essay explores the way to protect the informed consent ,privacy on researcher part, and rational participation on participant part. This paper also looks at mutual respect on some different genres of Educational Research, they are：Feminist Research, Ethnic Research, Cross - cultural Research and Incompetent - involved Research. It is hoped this paper migth be helpful to those who involved in the research process.
