摘  要:针对盘形凸轮激光熔覆运动控制作了理论分析,提出了为获得均匀熔覆层必须满足的条件:凸轮激光熔覆过程中离焦量不变、扫描速度恒定、激光束沿轮廓面法线照射。采用数控机床三轴联动的运动控制方法实现了以上三个条件。并以偏心轮为例,推导出适合于一般盘形凸轮激光表面处理的运动控制方程,通过试验,验证了本运动控制方法的可行性。The moving control of laser cladding on the surface of disc cam is theoretically analysed. Three conditions are necessaries in the laser cladding of disc cam. First, the laser defocused length must be keept constant; Second, the scanning velocity should be unchangeable, and the third is that laser beam irradiates along the normal direction of the surface of disc cam. All of these conditions above are realized by the three- axes of the NC machine moving simultaneously. A common formula is deduced which is used in laser processing on the surface of disc cam. By the method we acquire the perfect and uniform coating on the surface of the disc cam. The method of moving control used in laser processing is presented and is verified by experiments.
