激光照射并中药治疗萎缩性舌炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察激光舌中部照射治疗萎缩性舌炎的疗效。方法：将84例萎缩性舌炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组42例,采用激光舌中部照射并口服中药治疗；对照组42例,单纯用口服中药治疗。结果：治疗组愈显率83．4%；对照组愈显率66．7%。两组比较差异显著(P＜0．05)。结论：激光舌中部照射治疗萎缩性舌炎可明显提高疗效,且疗效巩固。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of treating atrophy glossitis with He - Ne laser for central section of tongue irradiation. Method： 84 patients with atrophy glossitis were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group （42 cases） was treated with He - Ne laser for central section of tongue irradiation and TCM for oral administration. The control group （42 cases） was treated only with TCM for oral administration. Result： Apparent effectiveness： the combined group was 83.4% , the routine was 66. 7%. The combined group and the routine both had obvious difference （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The treatment of atrophy glossitis with He - Ne laser for central section of tongue irradiation could improve the curative effect in evidence, even consolidated.
