摘　　要：目的 探讨年龄相关性白内障的发生与晶状体前囊膜中热休克蛋白70（HSP70）表达之间的相关性。方法 选取年龄为43—51岁的成年尸眼透明晶状体6例，取前囊膜；选择年龄相关性白内障患者6例，年龄为40～50岁，白内障手术时撕取前囊膜；行SDS—PAGE、Western—blot法检测样品中HSP70蛋白，并进行分析比较。结果 白内障患者晶状体囊膜中HSP70含量较正常人明显减少。结论 HSP70表达量的下降与年龄相关性白内障的发生有关。Objective Gene mutation of heat shock transcripting factor -4 （HSF -4 ） is proved to be related to pathogenesis of congenital cataract, suggesting that the synthesis disorder of heat shock protein （HSP） can induce cataract. However,the relationship of HSP and age-related cataract has no remained been reported. Present article was to investigate the relationship between the HSP 70 expression and onset of age-related cataract. Methods The lens anterior capsule from 6 patients with age-related cataract （ age ranged 40 - 50） were obtained during the cataract extraction surgery, and another 6 transparent lens capsule were extracted from fresh adult corpses （ aged 43 - 51 ） as normal control. The protein fractions in the capsule specimen were separated by SDS-PAGE and HSP 70 was identified by Western-blot. The electrophoresis strip images of protein were digitalized and measured by image analysis system, and the data was statistically analyzed by t-test. Results The electrophoresis strip gray value of HSP 70 in cataract and control group was 45.27 ± 4.26 and 59.48 ± 4. 83, respectively, indicating that the expression of HSP 70 in lens specimen from age-related cataract was lower than in normal individuals with a statically significant difference between two groups （ P 〈 0. 001 ）. Conclusion Lower expression of HSP 70 in lens may is associated with the occurrence of age-related cataract.
